Recipe for Hot curry powder
Hot Curry Powder (South Africa)This spice blend is used as a dry rub for grilled fish. The turmeric lends the fish a nice golden color. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/8 teaspoon fennel
1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons turmeric Mix all ingredients together.
