Tarator SauceServe this with fish. 1 cup walnuts 2 cloves garlic 1 slice white bread, crusts removed and soaked in water Juice of 1 lemon 2/3 cup olive oil Salt, to taste Grind walnuts, garlic and salt in a blender or mortar. Add bread, squeezed dry. Add half the lemon juice and slowly add olive oil until you have a thick, smooth paste. Ad more lemon juice according to taste.
