Thai Bananas in Coconut MilkYield: 4 servings 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk 3 large bananas, sliced 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Over medium heat, simmer coconut milk, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
