I don't believe in any gods or afterlife yet I'm a spiritual person, in tune with nature. I find it relaxing to burn fragrance oils, have lighted candles, listen to spiritual music and watch relaxing dvds such as virtual seashore/aquarium. I also own a buddha figurine and framed print.
I just find those things peaceful and relaxing. Especially in the evenings/nights. It really helps me unwind.
