I purchased and activated a rumor touch on the virgin mobile 25 dollar pre paid plan about 3 days ago, excited to be getting such a great deal. So far, i have been extremely dissappointed by the poor customer service, not to mention, the terrible service that my phone seems to be providing. I am unalbe to deliver text messages to my contacts who do not have sprint.
I have checked with multiple people, and none of them are able to receive my msgs unless they are sprint customers. This seems to be the opposite of the problem that most people have had with the texting aspect of this phone. Are there any actions i can take to try to fix these problems? Should i just wait a couple more days? Nobody at virgin mobile has responded to my complaints, and i have had a terrible experience so far, and at this point cant find a single positive thing about what i have paid for.
Is there anybody else with this problem? Also, i have the problem with voicemail giving me the "busy" signal, as have multiple other people who have written complaints and published them on the internet. Is there anything i can do to try and fix this problem? I really wish somebody who worked for virgin mobile would get on this and respond, as i am very frustrated with the non-english natives who have done nothing to help me so far. Thank you.
