Hong Kong: HKO weather services enhanced

The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) is providing real-time information on air temperatures from the Tai Lung Automatic Weather Station from today to enhance regional weather information services on its website.

Located at the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department's Tai Lung Experimental Station in Sheung Shui, the weather station provides information to farmers and those promoting a rural green lifestyle to help them plan agricultural work more efficiently.

The additional temperature information the station provides can also benefit people in the Sheung Shui area.

Temperature information from the Tai Lung Automatic Weather Station is also available at the HKO's Dial-a-Weather hotline at 187 8200 and the mobile app MyObservatory.
