IBM Signs IT Services Agreement With NV Energy

ARMONK, NY - 07 Oct 2008: IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has signed a four-year, information technology (IT) outsourcing agreement with NV Energy, the electric utility for most of Nevada. As part of the agreement, IBM will supply mainframe management services to help NV Energy control costs and better provide services for its business users.

The agreement was signed in September 2008. Financial details were not disclosed.
