Who: Families from the villages of Paggi and Faga’itua affected by the September 29th Earthquake, Tsunami and Flooding

What: Appointments to access disaster related recovery services

When: Tuesday, November 3, 2009
8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.

Where: Lee Auditorium, Utulei

Note:

Only individuals from the villages of Paggi and Faga’itua may receive appointments at the FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (Lee Auditorium), in Utulei, on Tuesday, November 3. Those returning SBA documents will also be allowed in the Disaster Recovery Center.

It is very important that you keep your appointment by showing up at the Disaster Recovery Center at the specific time reserved for you. By doing so you are one step closer to recovery for you and your family.

Reminder:

•Applicants are to bring their FEMA Registration number with them whenever they come to visit FEMA or the SBA.
•Only damages that occurred to an applicant’s primary residence, during the period of September 29 through October 6, 2009, can be considered for FEMA assistance.
