Draft Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau Outline Zoning Plan amended

Hong Kong (HKSAR) - The Town Planning Board today (July 16) announced amendments to the draft Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau Outline Zoning Plan (OZP). The amendments mainly involve rezoning of the proposed property development site of South Island Line (East) to "Comprehensive Development Area" and stipulating a building height restriction for the zone. The site mainly covers the Wong Chuk Hang Estate site and its adjoining bus terminus.
