Tender awarded for site in Tuen Mun
Hong Kong (HKSAR) - The Lands Department today (February 9) announced that the tender for a site, Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 423 at Area 48, Castle Peak Road, So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun, New Territories, has been awarded to Senworld Investment Limited on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $2,739 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the site to the highest tenderer," a Government spokesman said.
The other tenderers, in alphabetical order, were:
(1) Ace Dragon Development Limited
(2) Fortune Glory Investments Limited
(3) Silver Treasure Investment Limited
(4) Super Record Limited
(5) Team China Limited
(6) Winbox Investment Limited
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 423 has a site area of about 67,147 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 52,375 square metres and 87,291 square metres respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 1,100.
