CONCORD, NH—Jordan Dearborn, 22, of Manchester, New Hampshire, pled guilty in United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to conspiracy to commit bank robbery and aiding and abetting a bank robbery, announced United States Attorney John P Kacavas. On December 17, 2011, Dearborn and Raymond Rios robbed a branch office of TD Bank on Bay Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Rios, entered the bank and handed a note to a bank teller that stated, 'Empty your cash register into the bag and you [won't] get shot. I have a gun.
Cooperate and no one will get hurt.' As the teller read the note, Rios handed her a plastic bag. The teller removed a sum of money from her teller drawer, put the money into the plastic bag, and handed the money to Rios. Rios then left the bank and got into a getaway car that was driven by Dearborn. Rios admitted to police that he committed the robbery and that the defendant drove the getaway car.
He also identified to police the route in which the defendant drove from the robbery. The defendant is facing is facing a maximum prison term of 25 years and is scheduled to be sentenced on November 11, 2012. This case was investigated by the Manchester Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigations and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Bob Kinsella.
