Stage 1 Public Engagement for Revitalisation of Tsui Ping River launched

Hong Kong (HKSAR) -      The Drainage Services Department today (January 12) launched the Stage 1 Public Engagement for the Revitalisation of Tsui Ping River project to collect the public's views on the project. Members of the public are invited to participate in the activities.

     The Revitalisation of Tsui Ping River project comprises drainage improvement works to strengthen the flood protection capability of the existing watercourse. Enhancement measures will also be undertaken to revitalise the watercourse into a green and lively Tsui Ping River, as well as to improve its accessibility in the neighbourhood, with a view to providing a riverine public space for the neighbouring communities.

     The Stage 1 Public Engagement will last until March 11.
