CE meets Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of Singapore


Hong Kong (HKSAR) -      The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met the visiting Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of Singapore, Mr Teo Chee Hean, at Government House this afternoon (April 18) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.

     Mr Leung said that Hong Kong and Singapore enjoy strong economic and trade ties as well as close exchanges and co-operation in areas such as education, culture and tourism. Mr Leung said he hoped that the two places would strengthen co-operation on all fronts to enhance bilateral ties, and work together to promote the further development of economic and trade co-operation in the region.
