Programme change for Berliner Philharmoniker concert

Hong Kong (HKSAR) -      The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (October 13) that pianist Lang Lang will not be able to perform at the Berliner Philharmoniker concert to be held at 8pm on November 10 (Friday) at the Concert Hall of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, due to tenosynovitis in the pianist's left arm. Bartók's "Piano Concerto No. 2", which was originally to be played by Lang, will be replaced by Ravel's "Piano Concerto in G", to be performed by pianist Seong-Jin Cho.

Other programme listings will remain unchanged.

Ticket holders who wish to be refunded due to the programme change should contact the LCSD on 2268 7321/2268 7331 or email during office hours from today until October 20 (Friday). The refunded tickets will be available for re-sale from October 31 (Tuesday) onwards at URBTIX.

For enquiries, please call 2268 7321 or visit the website of the Cultural Presentations Section of the LCSD at" target="_blank"> for updates.
