TID to hold seminar for SMEs on "Sales Strategy: How to Increase Sales by Discovering Customer's Hidden Needs?"
Hong Kong (HKSAR) - The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Sales Strategy: How to Increase Sales by Discovering Customer's Hidden Needs?" on April 27 (Friday).
With a globalised market and online shopping's popularity, small and medium enterprises these days face unprecedented challenges and competition. Successful companies understand what new problems arise in customers' lives, and design innovative products and services that could fit those needs, leading customers to buy them without hesitation. When an innovative company designs a product or service, new growth markets are created.
The Research Director of the Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy, Dr Mark Lee, will use case studies to illustrate how to position sales on customers' needs that have not been found and met yet to achieve sales growth.
The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau Station, Exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
