You should have:
Strong knowledge of front-end development: (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Flash and actionscript (preferred); SVN or any version control
Strong understanding of usability and information design
Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
Attention to detail, rigorous pursuit of quality

Responsibilities:
Work onsite with our team to take concepts and turn them into finished pages
Work with marketing and client service to troubleshoot problems with website
Make regular web updates: text changes, banner graphics
Help design, code and execute HTML emails to subscribers
Develop and update online demos with screenshots and animation
Report progress and status of assigned tasks
Take initiative to create a best-in-class user experience
