The Design Team works on all of our projects, notably OpenPlans (a community network and toolset for social change).

You

- Passionate designer with a good eye and a bulletproof toolbox. Your CSS is a thing of beauty, and your sites degrade gracefully.
-Self-motivated and self-organizing, but also keen to work in a small, smart team.
-Can pick up a mock-up and make it real.
-Love testing, revising, and fixing 'til it shines.
-Care about semantic markup, standards, usability.

Microformats, a plus.
