Job Summary:
Responsibilities include developing original design concepts (page interface, flash presentation, newsletter, online ads), participating in visual design presentation, and developing design specs for production.

Job Requirements:
+ 1+ years of professional web design experience.
+ Strong visual design, layout, typographic skills with a sharp attention to detail.
+ Able to deliver high quality design solutions for online media.
+ Able to conceptualize and create HTML/CSS for email marketing campaigns and promotions.

Technical Requirement:
+ Fluent in Adobe Photoshop
+ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
