(San Francisco, CA) Big Tent provides free web-based software to manage volunteer-powered community groups. Our goal is to create a delightful user experience for close-knit groups to share ideas, communicate, and stay organized. We are seeking a lead user interface designer who has a strong visual design aesthetic and proven project management skills. A successful candidate must understand how to use visual design to encourage participation, design user-generated content web pages, and design for personalization and customization. This is a full-time position based in San Francisco. Principles only.
