QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years web development experience delivering exceptional work on time!
* Expert-level knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JS, CSS/XHTML, and AJAX, to name a few.
* Experience developing complete apps, turning specs/wireframes/prototypes into reliable applications.
* Server familiarity (freebsd, xen or vmare would be nice)
