Flektor, Inc. is the most recent acquisition into the FIM family, provides a broad suite of multimedia tools to create and edit photos, videos, slideshows, and provide compelling interactive experiences for end users.

Flektor’s Vice President of Business Development will oversee external and internal partnerships for Flektor, including business dealings, contract oversight, and revenue generate between both FIM entities (mySpace, Photobucket, Fox Sports, IGN) and external partners.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting the SVP, GM in establishing a vision for driving unique visitors and page views for the business unit.
• Negotiating inbound and outbound licensing deals for media content within Flektor
•Working closely with FIM’s Ad Solutions and Flektor’s product development team to develop custom community products for sale to advertisers and sponsors
•Working closely with FIM Legal and Business Affairs to see contracts from short form agreement to final signed contracts.
• Working closely with the Flektor product development team to implement strategic initiatives that require customization of the Flektor technology
• Working with FIM finance to prepare and update budgets,
• Establishing metrics to analyze and track performance of FIM project initiatives.

Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or marketing, MBA and/or JD preferred.
• CPA or Corporate Finance background a major plus
• 5+ years of business development experience in the media or technology industry.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in a team environment.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo to assist FIM management in driving significant business opportunities.
• Proven ability to implement complex deals and shepherd them to completion.
• Experience with following deal structures a major plus
• Experience managing technical and financial personnel.
