Job Description:
CNET Networks, the home of CNET.com, Download.com, News.com, GameSpot and TV.com is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Data Warehousing team to help us build out CNET's cutting edge reporting and analytics platform. Qualified candidates will possess strong SQL and web application development skills. This cross-functional position calls for a dedicated and self-motivated engineer who can work either independently or with the guidance of senior engineers in a fast-paced development environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience
- 3-5 years professional experience in the field or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and implementing data models
- Experience with one or more of the following web platforms: Servlets/JSP, PHP, Ruby-on-Rails, Python/Django
- Experience with data warehousing and/or ETL
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Must be detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy
- Good problem solver
- Experience with Microstrategy/Omniture a plus
- Experience building Flex or similar RIA applications a plus
