JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Manager will have the responsibility of representing the Company to direct customers in your geographic area of responsibility.  You will assist in the development of and support all Company sales programs and channel strategies within your territory and support the Company in all aspects of customer care. You will be accountable for developing new customer relationships while maintaining existing customer relationships. The BDM will prepare penetration plans for major accounts and process requests for quotes and order submission. This person will also be accountable for backlog management, long term supply agreements, manage inventory programs and sampling strategies. The BDM will work directly with the sales team and other members of the company to maximize revenue and strategic value to the company. The BDM will also generate reports to management on opportunities/challenges while developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of customer application requirementsfor Viking InterWorks DRAM, Flash and SRAM products. This person will also provide technical support to customers during design and production ramp and assist customer with all technical issues, including debugging, during product qualification cycle. The BDM will act as liaison between customer and factory on all technical issues and provide technical training to manufacturers� reps. The BDM will also create technical documentation such as data sheets. This person will be responsible for the Northwest territory including the Bay Area.


REQUIREMENT:

�BS Degree preferred
�7-10 years sales experience in Process Products or Memory Industry
�Ability to communicate technically on product related issues
�PC proficient in Windows environment
�Previous proven track record of incremental sales increases
�Ability to manage multiple customers, programs and projects
