(Washington, DC) The Web Developer will be responsible for the building and maintenance of web applications that interact with databases across multiple websites. The ideal candidate will have experience with building high-traffic websites.

Knowledge of building websites using PHP, MySQL, Apache and Linux is essential. Familiarity with PHP-based Content Management Systems, Shell scripting, Perl, JavaScript, DOM, CSS, Pear and/or LDAP is preferred. Two-three years of related experiences is required. It is vital to be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to work in a collaborative deadline-driven environment, and pay close attention to detail. This position is located in Washington D.C. and candidates must be able to work locally.
