(Washington, DC) We're looking for a talented web developer/designer to join the production team to design and implement creative materials for political, non-profit, and responsible corporate clients.

The position is located in Washington, DC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
~Creating compelling sites using XHTML and CSS
~Implementing specialized web content
~Creating mockups and html prototypes for new sites
~Design optimized, web-ready graphics
~Test and troubleshoot for cross-browser compatibility

REQUIREMENTS
~One year experience in web design/development
~Strong XHTML/CSS skills for cross-browser rendering
~Exceptional skill with graphic design, page layout, typography and image retouching

Preferred Qualifications
~Experience with Expression Engine or a similar CMS
~Experience working with Adobe Flash
~Familiarity with online advocacy tools (GetActive, Blue State Digital)
~Familiarity with social networking/viral marketing tools
