You'll need to have strong technical skills and experience: ·
2+ years Java with good OO design skills ·
BS in Computer Science or related field ·
Client side programming with experience in HTML/CSS/Jscript (Ajax a plus) ·
Linux or other Unix OS ·
Some experience coding against relational databases ·
Team-based software development It will help if you have: ·
Experience building high-throughput, fault-tolerant, 24x7 applications ·
Experience in algorithm design ·
Experience with Java technologies such as Servlets, JDBC, Tapestry, build tools like Maven and Ant, dependency injection frameworks like Spring or Guice. ·
Understanding of XML, network protocols including TCP/IP and HTTP. ·
