Requirements:

* Significant contribution to a real web-based application (tool does real work like managing projects, scheduling events, etc.)
* Expert with CSS/XHTML. You write clean code and you can handle browser compatibility issues.
* Good command of Javascript, DHTML
* You know how to create functional designs that help users accomplish their goals.
* You have the ability to communicate your designs in some type of "sketch" form.
* You have a basic grounding in usability.
* You can work with a team.
