(San Francisco, CA) ZURB is looking for a senior designer to join our design strategy team.

As a Designer, some things you're expected to do are:

1. Visual Design: illustrations, icons, compelling visual elements

2. User Interface/Experience Design: wire-framing, weighting elements, boxes and arrows, flow, great common sense

3. Front-End Development: XHTML/CSS/Javascript, web standards, frameworks like Prototype.js or MooTools would be cool. Rails would be great.

4. Words: clear explanations, compelling writing

And as a Senior Designer, we'll want....

1. Proven Leadership: experience managing projects, deadlines, etc.

2. Client Interaction: comfort level presenting your work to clients and working off of feedback

3. Business Logic: understanding business goals and user needs to effectively craft designs that make these things sing
