oHand-coded XHTML (1.1 Strict)
oWriting custom T-SQL queries - selects, inserts, updates, deletes, joins (inner, outer)
oCustom user controls -write user control and understanding difference between user control/server control.
oJavascript

-Some experience with:
oUser interface design
oObject-oriented design
oOvercoming cross-browser issues
oWeb services
oDesigning/coding high-traffic applications

-Helpful if experienced with :
oASP.NET AJAX
oGraphic design ability (Photoshop/Flash)
oVersion control systems (CVS, SourceSafe, etc.)
oIIS,Windows Server
