(North America - we're in Winnipeg and Brooklyn) Project-based development work for a full-time freelancer only. MANOVERBOARD is a small, busy, and collaborative Web shop looking for a trusted partner to develop websites.

ESSENTIALS: Expert-level CSS/XHTML cross-browser development skills. Must write lean, valid, well-structured markup and clean, optimized CSS. Candidate must be familiar with Photoshop and able to convert realized designs into working sites. Reliability and communications skills are key.

PLUSES: Scripting or Web programming (especially PHP) experience. Usability or accessibility expertise. A sharp design eye. Some quirky human qualities that do not include insanity or disorganization.
