Job Description:
Photobucket is seeking a Manager in its Business Development group to support our base of media sharing partnerships across the internet. Working with senior management, this person will focus on structuring and negotiating web and technology partnerships. Candidates must have substantial experience with online business strategy, deal negotiations, and analysis. Applicants must reside in the San Francisco area.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting, qualifying and negotiating agreements with media sharing partners for Photobucket’s library of user generated content
• Conducting industry analysis to identify revenue and distribution opportunities
• Developing strategies and business plans in partnership with other functional groups to realize opportunities
• Preparing and making presentations to company management about current status with existing partners
• Coordinating with finance and legal departments on deal approval/closure
• Leading the implementation of agreements
• Managing ongoing partner relationships, communications and reporting

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess the following:
• 3+ years of Internet business development experience with experience in the media and/or sports industries
• An MBA from a top business school preferred
• An in-depth understanding of the Internet, developing media platforms and the associated business models
• Superior communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally at all organizational levels
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex business transactions
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
