Requirements:

* Person MUST have a well developed sense of design principles, user interface, web standards, and usablity.
* Be proficient in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/Fireworks/etc.)

Skills Required:

* (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript
* Knowledge of PHP, ASP, MySQL and other server-side scripting languages a plus.
* Must have the ability to manage a project from start to finish or collaborate with in-house team.
