* Follow current trends in design from corporate to funky
* Understand usability issues
* Can work comfortably alongside coders
* Are able to be creative while obeying corporate style guides
* Can take constructive criticism without having a meltdown YOU ALSO:
* Have an online portfolio
* Are well-versed in CSS and XHTML
* Can create fluid, CSS layouts without relying on tables/last-century techniques
* Have a command of Photoshop and Illustrator
* Know how to code cross-browser
* Could code in Notepad if necessary
* Can work the DOM in script (your own or Prototype)
