JOB SUMMARY

 

eHarmony, the internet’s leading online relationship service, is seeking a Social Network Manger. Powered by our great brand, world-class marketing and strong content, eHarmony has accelerated growth in recent years, and now we are looking to social networks to help continue that rapid growth. We are looking for someone with a strong mix of technical and business skills to build and maintain compelling tools and content on social networking sites and other non-traditional platforms. This role offers significant room to expand and grow within eHarmony, a profitable, fast-growing private company backed by Sequoia Capital and Technology Crossover Ventures.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·        

Help formulate eHarmony’s strategy for Social Networking (SN).

·        

Design, spec and help program SN applications.

·        

Work with internal stakeholders to identify and report on business metrics that will be used to measure the applications’ success.

·        

Work closely with the eHarmony technology department to ensure product compatibility and quality.

·        

Monitor and report on new opportunities on social networking sites and other platforms (e.g., mobile).

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·        

Successful track record of developing and growing applications on SN sites.

·        

Proven ability to understand and deliver on business needs and metrics.

·        

Strong relationships in the SN community.

·        

Excellent communication skills.

·        

Bachelors Degree required.
