These are the skills we need:
+ Program websites using HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL on Mac or Windows
+ Can create exact working web pages from layered Photoshop CS3 files
+ Position website page elements using CSS or tables code
+ Analyze web app scope of work and have input on wireframes
+ Ability to take direction, think proactively and produce high quality code

Bonus Skills: Web 2.0 (jQuery), XML, Open Source systems (CMS, e-commerce, blog, wiki etc.), social app experience
