Looking for a skilled, experienced (five years plus) administrator to work with the CEO, Controller and VP of Operations in a start-up company. Headquartered in Menlo Park/ Palo Alto successful candidates must be self-starting, creative, high-energy, and comfortable interacting at all levels. Should be flexible, service oriented and enjoy working independently and as part of a team. The selected individual will be involved in all administrative support functions such as conducting research, preparing statistical reports and sales presentations, handling information requests as well as clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetingsand travel. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Must be highly skilled in all Microsoft Office software. Other technology skills and a college degree are a real plus. Experience with an equities-related company or a Broker-Dealer is a serious advantage. Full benefits and salary commensurate with experience.
