Looking for a creative, independent financial individual with experience in all areas of finance who is on the way up and ready for a promotion, or on the way to retirement and still loves to work. With seed funding in place, we are launching investor conferences and virtual roadshows as an alternative market featuring private, high-end deals bringing together the best of venture and their companies, with the highest quality institutional buyers.


Working with the CEO, the selected individual must be comfortable interacting at all levels and be a team player. Position will include planning, organizing and administering the accounting and financial control functions and systems of the company, including the revenue structure and pricing, financial modeling, profit planning, sales forecasts, cash management, expense budgets, cost standards, procurement, payroll and taxes and other related financial matters.


Experience within the Securities industry is a significant advantage. College Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Full benefits, salary and equity commensurate with experience and skills.
