You will have minimum 12 months commercial experience within a design studio and can hand code in XHTML/CSS to W3C standards and are already on a mission to make the web a more beautiful place. A good working knowledge of the Adobe CS3 suite and an understanding of typography and layout would be the icing on your cake. Skills:
Conceptual Design.
Design/code websites (XHTML/CSS to W3C standards).
Flash/JavaScript.
