(Campbell, CA) The Senior Interaction Designer will help redefine the interface design and functionality of current and new Move web products. The Senior Interaction Designer will be key to projects defining and creating site structure, interaction flows, page wireframes, and interface requirements that promote ease of use and positive user experience. A focus on user-centered design required. Develops user interface specifications. Ensures usability best practices, works with researchers to translate study findings into improved interface designs.Works with visual designers to ensure graphic design is consistent with UI requirements and best practices.Coordinates and communicates with teams to ensure sitemap, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to the live site, and that the look and feel is consistent with a positive user experience.
