Primary Responsibilities
* Plan, mockup, develop, test new site features, web applications and web sites
* Create new web pages and features and web applications for existing web sites
* Maintain, troubleshoot, improve current web applications and web sites
* Monitor online and email activity, create reports, make observations and recommendations

Requirements
* 3+ years solid experience with PHP, MySQL and relational databases (including table joins, indexes, summary functions)
* Proficient with HTML, CSS, web standards
* Presents information effectively and creatively (page layout, font, color)
