Senior Software Engineer/Architect (Front End)

Inadco is an online advertising start-up based in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. 
Inadco was founded in late 2007 by experienced online advertising executives with the goal of building the Internet’s dominant platform for Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) advertising. 
Inadco’s crack engineering team is developing highly scalable technology that will enable thousands of advertisers and publishers to buy and sell media through the company’s marketplace on a CPL basis.

An experienced Senior Software Engineer/Architect, specializing in front-end development, can make an enormous contribution to Inadco’s continued growth and success. 
In this role, you will help design and build the Internet’s dominant platform for CPL advertising and work closely with the VP of Engineering and other executives to continue to build out the development team.

In order to qualify for this opportunity, you must have:

Expert knowledge of AJAX , CSS, and HTML with deep interest in interface design

·        


Excellent object-oriented (OO) JavaScript skills

·        


Expert knowledge of vagaries of cross-browser compatibility and web standards

·        


Significant web development experience in an OO language such as C#, Ruby, or Java

·        


Practical experience in Flash and ActionScript

     O
utside of the above requirements, it would be a significant advantage if you have any or all of the following:

Practical experience with ASP.Net and other .NET technologies.

·        


Practical experience with UI frameworks such as XUL, Flex, and XAML.

·        


Practical experience in Agile or RUP methodologies.

·        


Practical experience building widgets for OpenSocial and/or Facebook
.

Previous experience should include:

·        


Proven experience leading a team of developers in the full development lifecycle of web applications in OO languages.

        B.S. degree in Computer Science
or
equivalent professional experience.
