Our web design team is responsible for the user's experience of the web apps and sites we produce. In addition to being passionate about web design, you will need skills from conceptualizing through designing to building usable, accessible interfaces on large, complex websites.

What you will be doing:
+Creating gorgeous, highly usable web app and website interfaces
+Designing landing pages, banners and HTML creatives that make users want to click and convert into an action
+Applying Semantic, Accessible, Standards compliant xhtml/css to the highest degree
+Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes, site maps and workflows

And you'll need to know how to:
+Get inside a user's head and produce to their needs
+Translate brand into a successful online experience
+Use Mac OSX

Requirements:
+Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
+3 + yrs experience with a solid online design portfolio
+Thorough understanding of web standards, usability, and accessibility
+Ability to visualize and articulate the big picture of each project

Desired Skills:
+Familiarity with JavaScript, AJAX
+Knowledge of Adobe Flash
+Content management technologies
