(Riverton, UT) The LDS Church is looking for an amazing leader of Interaction Designers to formulate the vision and strategy for its Church History Department. In this key role, you will define the online experiences for patrons, historians, scholars and church leaders that frequent this massive store of history. This position requires:

Must have's:
Expert understanding (8+years) of UX practices and methods.
Extensive (5+ years) experience leading and inspiring a team.
Proven track record of delivering products that delight its intended user base.
Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary matrix environment (playing nice with others)
Worthy to hold a temple recommend.

Nice to have's:
Knowledge of library and archive systems
Understanding of agile development methodologies
Amazing mountain biking or skiing/boarding skills. (tested in the interview...ok maybe not.)
