(Chicago, IL) We are looking for an expert UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating simple, clear, focused designs that look good and work well. You will work directly with Groupon's CEO and CTO to shape rough ideas for new features into wireframes and task flows that will be used by designers and developers to build our site.

You should have a deep understanding of user experience on the web, mobile devices and beyond. We prefer candidates who have designed interfaces that include elements of the Groupon experience
+ e-commerce, social user-to-user interaction, etc.
+ that is to say, you should have more in your portfolio than brochureware.

Our process is lightweight and adaptive - we seek the shortest practical distance between an idea and a beautiful, working result. You should be able to thrive working collaboratively within a creative team of experts who care deeply about what they're building and who they're building it for.
