About You

• You take pride in doing great design right down to the pixel details
• You design exceptionally well using Photoshop CS3+
• You make design decisions from a user perspective
• You have a portfolio of websites you have designed, and can send links or design samples
• You design knowing it will be eventually converted to standard-compliant XHTML and CSS
