• 2+ years as a Drupal developer with a solid understanding of the framework, coding best-practices, resources and community
  • A portfolio of recent URLs with details about your role within the project team
  • Examples of custom-coded modules
  • Code examples of theming
• Expert programmer in the LAMP environment
• Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and cross-browser compatibility
  • Working knowledge and specific code examples that demonstrate the above skills
• Experience using source control (SCM).  Experience with Perforce a definite plus
• Solid understanding of the web and the tools and trends that are expanding it
• A good understanding of design principles, usability, and the user experience
