We are looking for someone who has the capability to provide account and project management experience for our boutique design and development agency.

You are a self-motivated person who will own management of client relationships and on-going projects. You will be the go-to person for keeping projects within scope, maintaining professional client relations, and assisting the Head of Business Development. 

Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain overall client relationships and scope of work on projects 
• Up-sell additional programs and services and assist in acquiring new clients 
• Maintain accurate records and data on customers in our database 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts 

Experience 

• 2-4+ years account and project management experience from within an advertising, web, marketing, or consulting agency 
• Proven client relationship management skills 
• Desire to work quickly and communicate clearly with team members in real time 
• Detail oriented, technical proficiency, aptitude for learning new things quickly 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor 
• Technology and computer literacy required. Proficient in a variety of software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
• Successful candidate will apply their organizational skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail in this position 

Education 

• BA required; MBA a plus 

Compensation 

• Contract + commissions
