Description: As part of the User Experience Team, you will help define the future of Cloud Computing. Whether it’s designing for or researching business applications and analytics tools, information visualization, mobile/iPhone applications, social networking, or on-demand development tools, at salesforce.com you’ll find a challenge that you can get excited about.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to achieve high quality user experiences on complex features
  • Organize and conduct user testing activities that lead to better products
  • Provide expert reviews as needed
  • Evangelize best practices for achieving User Centered Design within agile development teams
  • Share research accomplishments with the global HCI community
  • Drive the creation and adoption of new research methods and tools



Required Skills/Experience:

  • MS in the area of Cognitive, Behavioral, Experimental or Industrial Psychology, Human Factors, or Human Computer Interaction
  • Extensive knowledge of usability methods
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Interest in working in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Desire to achieve innovation
