We're a small, full service creative & technology consulting agency based out of Los Angeles, California. We specialize in IP communications technologies such as IP Telephony/VoIP, IPTV and WiFi networks with clients all over the world. We help organizations of all sizes build Triple-Play networks, design crisp, clean & effective websites, and provide valued resources through our strategic partnerships.

Our current workload has gone beyond what we can handle in house and are looking to outsource some projects to a local freelancer or two. Job responsibilities include designing website mockups based on wireframes and/or coding to HTML & CSS. Workload is possibly 1-2 mockups per week.

 We are looking for someone preferably in the Los Angeles area we’d be open to look outside if your work & rates are reasonable. The ideal candidates are creative, reliable & self-motivated with a keen eye for design and solid portfolio. If you're looking for a steady stream of work & can turn at least one project a week, we have the work knocking down our door waiting for you.

Requirements:
* Strong portfolio.
* Solid proficiency with Photoshop & Illustrator.
* An understanding of standards-based HTML & CSS.
* Understands JQuery, Mootools & other JS frameworks.
* Strong understanding of Wordpress.

A  plus:
* Strong illustration skills in Illustrator.
* Web development skills - php, rails, jquery, etc.
* Experience with web video & related programs.
* Experience with Flash.
* Experience with Basecamp.
