Syndicatebleu, a specialty recruiting firm for creative and marketing professionals, has an immediate opportunity for an Interactive Creative Director. It is imperative that we find someone with effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to lead a team by example. Must be willing to add to the concepting phase and ensure quality execution.

Required Skills:

·         Lead cross-functional creative teams including Design, Strategy, UX, and Tech,  to create innovative interactive experiences

·         Able to champion the most effective and on-target executions

·         7+ years experience within interactive agencies  

·         A passion for the digital culture and social media

·         Able to take part in new business pitches to sell ideas and work

·         Skillful in strategizing & developing effective presentation decks quickly & effectively

·        Open to being challenged by ECD and clients to push him/herself and the work being produced by their team

·         Strong work ethic & a passion for outstanding work on each and every project

·         Willing to travel

·         Works well with account & management team

Desired Skills:

·         Experience in taking part of concept development on a UI/UX level

·         Experience in Web Dev creative as well as advertising

·       Deep bench of creative resources

·         Experience in leading broadcast executions/gaming is a plus
